step 1: Download ultra surf from link below. It is a zip file so first extract it
step 2: Run the exe file and it will connect automatically
Now run youtube
after you exit ultra surf remember to remove proxy from browser if you are using other than IE
In chrome
1. perss ctrl+shift+del together
2. In bottom click advance settings
3. Under network click change proxy settings
4. click on LAN settings
5. uncheck all only tick "automatically detect settings"
In fierfox
preferance>advance>network>setting
only tick no proxy
